Organising a wedding is notoriously all-consuming, often leaving couples feeling overwhelmed by the process and underwhelmed with the result. That’s where we come in. Enamour will take care of the ‘heaving lifting’ (figuratively…and literally), so that you can enjoy this beautiful journey with your forever love. We will vet and select the right creative partners to bring your vision to life, and work tirelessly so you don’t have to.

FULL PLANNING

PLANNING | DESIGN | STYLING | ON-THE-DAY SETUP

Together we will conceptualise and refine the blueprint for your bespoke wedding, and ensure all planning, design, and styling elements truly embody your vision. From the initial consultation to your wedding day, we will provide professional guidance and manage communications with your booked suppliers on your behalf. We will also be there on the day to ensure a seamless and perfectly executed set up.

Services inclusions:

  • Our client-facing system provides an extensive wedding planning checklist, contacts section to track quotes, plus the capacity to store invoices and view booked suppliers. You can also add your guest list, monitor RSVP's, view your floor plan, and access your wedding day timeline.

  • The master mood board will reflect overall style, feel, and colour palette. This forms the foundation of your design proposal, outlining all styling elements for your ceremony and reception.

  • During the first inspection, overall vision, layout and event order will be discussed. The second inspection will take place 8 - 12 weeks prior to your wedding to finalise floor plan, logistics, timeline, and any other outstanding details. Both inspections will be (up to) 1 hour in duration.

  • This includes venue (if required), photographer, celebrant, transportation, hair and makeup etc. Suppliers are carefully curated based on your vision and venue location.

  • This includes furniture and decor hire, floral stylist, lighting, stationery and signage etc.

  • To optimise space and suit your vision.

  • Including supplier bump in/out schedules, wedding day formalities etc.

  • Both in the lead-up to, and on the day.

  • Available for up to eight hours to set up and style your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space/s. This includes repurposing styling items from the ceremony to the reception if required, and management supplier bump in/set up.

  • To ensure all involved are on the same page to deliver a seamlessly executed wedding.

  • This is a true collaboration, and we are always happy to answer questions and provide experience-based guidance to create your dream wedding.

 

STYLING 

PLANNING | DESIGN | STYLING

Our Styling Package is tailored to couples who have already selected their venue, celebrant, transport and/or other major suppliers, but would like professional styling guidance to bring their vision to life.

We will work together to create a timeless colour palette and overall design concept to reflect your unique love story. Our esteemed stylists will be there on the day to ensure the look, feel and logistics of your set up are flawless, inspiring, and truly ‘you’.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION 

Commencing six weeks from wedding date 

This is ideal for couples who have everything in place and simply need a professional to oversee the execution of their special day. We will meet with you six weeks before your wedding to discuss timelines, floor plan and logistics, and offer any advice to ensure the day runs smoothly. 

We will liaise with your suppliers one month prior to confirm booking details are in place. On your special day, we assist with set-up, ensure all suppliers adhere to your timeline, and problem solve if unexpected issues arise. 

Peace of mind and confidence that the logistical details are in highly capable hands allows you to relax and focus on what’s important; marrying your soulmate.  

Services inclusions:

  • Available for up to ten hours to oversee supplier bump in, set up, guest management and F&B service, ensure the smooth running of all formalities (such as the ceremony, speeches, first dance etc), and problem solve should any unexpected issues arise. 

  • To assist in the handover of your wedding day information. The portal includes supplier contact details and the ability to manage your wedding day timeline, plus oversee the wedding planning checklist.

  • We will meet you at your chosen venue six weeks before your wedding day to discuss floor plan, logistics, and schedule of events.

  • Including supplier bump in/out schedules, wedding day formalities etc.

  • We will contact your booked suppliers four weeks prior to confirm wedding day services and running schedule.

  • To help you source suppliers for a truly personalised wedding from beginning to end.
